Complaint

A complaint is an official way to give feedback about a problem you experienced. Often you may be asked to complete a form on the venue/site/organization/institution’s website or send an email to a specific email address.

Complaints can be filed with the venue/site/organization/institution, the state’s civil rights division, or federal institutions, such as the Department of Justice, FAA, etc.
