Additionally, we run a large Road Scholar program in the summer. As soon as I see someone registering I send them a “welcome” letter that includes information on the loops — and to go get their telecoil activated now!!!
We also developed a Shedd hearing loop FAQ sheet that we keep updated, and which is distributed throughout our building for people to pick up or mailed. You will recognize some of the images and references of course, but again, it’s personalized to our venue/situation.
